数字化如何影响突破性创新?— 一个理论模型

摘要:
突破性创新能够促使企业跨越原有的技术发展轨道,从而创造出全新的产品或服务,使企业实现持续发展。因此,突破性创新得到现有研究的广泛关注。数字经济时代,数字化成为企业实现创新的重要手段。本文深入了分析数字化如何影响突破性创新。首先,对数字化对突破性创新的直接影响进行分析。在此基础上,将数字化智力资本引入到数字化与突破性创新的关系中,分析数字化人力资本和数字化关系资本在数字化与突破性创新关系中的传导作用。最后,根据理论分析,提出数字化如何影响突破性创新的理论模型。
